Ray Goetz (he/him/his) is a Gender Consultant based out of the greater New York area.  He has worked in the nonprofit sector focusing on education and advocacy surrounding LGBTQIA+ social justice work for nearly a decade. He spent several years working with LGBTQIA+ youth, which included quite a bit of educational outreach.  He holds a degree in Gender Studies with a concentration in Sexuality and a minor in Philosophy from Hunter College in Manhattan.  His education, previous work, and lived experience as a transgender person is what led him to start his own business. 

Raynbow Consulting educates people in a variety of fields on issues surrounding gender with the goal of helping them to better serve the needs of the transgender population.  He offers curricula to help folx better understand gender, what it means to be trans and nonbinary, and how cisgender allies can help uplift the voices of the transgender community.
